Mercedes-AMG pilot Valtteri Bottas took victory in the Japanese Formula One Grand Prix earlier today. The Finnish driver grabbed the lead after making a great start and never looked back as he climbed to the top step of the podium ahead of Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel and his own team-mate, and title rival, Lewis Hamilton. Bottas drives one of the fastest F1 cars ever to race, but very few will ever know what it feels like to be behind the wheel of such a machine. In the video below he tries to explain what the G forces in a Formula One car feel like as they act on the human body. He also talks to Sky Sport F1 commentator, Anthony Davidson, about the car’s construction and his training regime to deal with the rigours of being a modern F1 driver.
