Gymkhana 11 Is A Smoke-Filled Tyre-Shredder [video]

If you are reading this site then you are probably aware of the Gymkhana series of stunt videos. A few weeks ago we reported that the newest video would feature MotoX rider and stunt driver Travis Pastrana. In Gymkhana 11 we watch Pastrana in smoky, sideways action in his hometown of Annapolis, Maryland (USA).

Changing of the guard

Previous iterations of the Gymkhana videos featured Ken Block as the lead driver. He’s since passed the baton… err, wheel to his rival and long-time friend Pastrana. In a similar fashion to the very first videos, Pastrana pilots a wild Subaru WRX STi. The bespoke machine features a 2,3-litre turbocharged motor that produces almost 650 kW.

You can watch the most recent Ken Block video at this link.

The jumps attained by Scooby are so high that the team decided to sign-write the underside of the car. Watch boats, cars, bikes, cranes, bicycles and some really impressive stunt flying all in criss-crossing in action in Gymkhana 11.
