The folks from Girardo and Co have made a habit of producing fun films around Christmas time. And every video features an iconic rally car. Check out the 2020 video with an Audi Quattro as the star. This year, it’s the turn of the Santa Claus Stratos Sled.

The very first of the series featured not one, but two classic Italian rally cars from Lancia. (You can see by clicking here). For this year’s edition, they have chosen the Santa Claus Stratos sled to deliver presents after the company’s original delivery car, a Mercedes-Benz S-Class encountered engine trouble.

The Stratos was built purely for rallying. Notably, it is designed by Marcello Gandini while he was at Bertone. The mid-mounted motor is a 2,4-litre V6 that was borrowed from the Ferrari Dino. Jolly old Saint Nick seems to know how to fling the rear-wheel-drive, Ferrari-powered Stratos even if he does lose some of his cargo along the way.
