New Appearance

The refreshed Mercedes-Benz GLS can be identified by a new, more prominent four-louvre grille on the nose. The front bumper has also been restyled. A new set of taillamps as well as a new style, 20-inch alloy wheel are other key differences.

The Maybach versions have chrome slats and prominent ‘Maybach’ script on the front end. The range-leader also has massive, 23-inch alloy wheels as standard. There are changes in the cabin, too. These include a newly designed seat cover with diamond quilting.

The GLS is available in 450d and 580 derivatives. The latter has 270 kW/750 N.m of torque while the former delivers 380 kW/730 N.m of twist effort. In both cases top speed in limited to 250 km/h

There is a sole powertrain option available in the Maybach range. The 600 has a whopping 410 kW/770 N.m. It also has a 250 km/h top speed. All variants are automatic and AWD.
