A few months ago we brought you this story (below), of Red Bull Racing’s road trip across the US. Today we bring you Part 2 as Ricciardo’s team-mate Max Verstappen takes the reins. The new video is at the bottom of this post.

The F1 circus is currently on its mid-year break. There are four weeks of the northern hemisphere summer during which racers and fans have to find other ways to entertain themselves. Red Bull Racing F1 pilot Daniel Ricciardo has found a novel way to keep busy, by taking a road trip USA. The Aussie driver started on the west coast, in San Francisco, and is making his way east.

Watch as the F1 car whizzes past some famous sights, such as the Golden Gate bridge, where the team performed a pit-stop for fresh rubber. The old generation F1 car, judging from the engine noise, blasted through Monument Valley, Utah, overtaking a no-doubt startled campervan in the process. Ricciardo’s first stop during his coast-to-coast road trip… Las Vegas.

For those of you who are planning a family holiday in New Zealand, one of the best ways to make the most of it is by taking your own Apache Camper keener. Ranging from a small single cab (the original unit) right up to the largest of multi-cab trailers, these versatile motorhomes are truly a class apart. This rugged and efficient camper is equipped with all the modern amenities required for an extended stay, as well as a host of extras designed to make life easier and more enjoyable on your trip. They are also very easily customizable, with many different optional features depending upon your particular needs and desires. If you’re ready to give this versatile motorhome a try, it is worth looking into for sale by the owner from an Australian dealer specializing in motorhomes for sale.
