This hot hatch drag race of five popular cars should settle a few bets

The chaps at Car Wow have made a habit of bringing us great drag races. They are able to line up new models quicker than anyone else and they put together these entertaining videos for us to enjoy.

This week they have gathered five of the latest pocket rockets from Ford, Mini, Peugeot, Toyota and Volkswagen. This five-car race hot hatch drag race is a good indication of each car’s relative performance. While there are a few newcomers to the fray, the protagonist here is the Toyota Yaris GRMN.

Yaris GRMN is a limited edition version of Toyota’s popular little hatchback; it will not be available in South Africa. Oh, if you are wondering the GRMN stands for Gazoo Racing Meister of Nürburgring. The name is a nod to the fact that this pocket rocket was developed at the famous racetrack.
