The third round of the FIA World Rallycross championship took place in Belgium this past weekend.

Two-time winner

At the start of the finals, VW driver Johan Kristofferson was up on two wheels. Were it not for the car alongside the VW Polo would have rolled over.

Multiple WRC champ, Sebastien Loeb claimed his second-ever victory in this hotly-contested class; his last win was in 2016.

Loeb said after the race:  “It’s my 2nd win ever in my World RX career, and the 1st one this season! It’s really enjoyable to be able to be at the front.”

Two-by-two

The final was contested by two Peugeot 208s, Audi A1s and two VW Polos. In the end, there was no way for the mates to help each other.

Rallycross to SA

Don’t forget that the season ends in South African on November 25 at Killarney Raceway in Cape Town.
