The 1980s TV show Magnum PI is being rebooted for the modern era

Magnum PI is was a hit TV show from the 1980s that featured a Ferrari 308. The show is being rebooted this year and we have the new trailer.

If you were budding car enthusiast who grew up in the 1980s, then you were surely a Magnum PI fan. Thomas Magnum was a sweet-talking private detective who lived and worked in Hawaii. More importantly, he drove a red Ferrari 308.

Not only did this show launch the acting career of Tom Selleck, but it was surely the formation of a love for Ferrari in every young boy who grew up watching the show.

US TV network CBS is about to launch a modern-day remake of the ’80s classic, with a modern take, such as a Ferrari 488 in place of the 308.
