It seems as though it was just recently Bugatti announced a replacement for the ground-breaking Veyron and already the company has produced its 100th Chiron.

Hand made in France

Incredibly, each and every Chiron is hand-assembled at the company’s Molsheim, Alsace production facility in France. Production started at the end of 2016 and about 70 cars are made each year.

The firm, owned by the VW Group, plans to build just 500 Chiron units in total.

Special finish

Car No 100 goes to a customer from the Arabian Peninsula. The unnamed owner chose a unique combination for his new car.

The outer skin of the car consists entirely of dark blue carbon, supplied with a matt finish for the first time. The paintwork of the iconic Bugatti side line is Italian red and the wheels are mink black. Red leather adorns the interior

Da boss says

Stephan Winkelmann, President of Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S., congratulated the owner: “I find the 100th Chiron especially pleasing. It is dynamic and elegant in equal measure. This car shows that Bugatti produces highly individualized masterpieces of automobile craftsmanship that are simply unparalleled.”
