What you are looking at is the Lynk & Co 03 Cyan Concept, the first high-performance model created in collaboration between Lynk & Co and Cyan Racing.

For those who have not heard of them before, Lynk & Co is a new Chinese-Swedish automotive manufacturer. It is owned by the same parent company that owns Volvo and Cyan Racing, ie Geely. You can learn more about the new firm and its innovative ideas by clicking here to access its official site.

The company has showcased two models, the Lynk & Co 01 and 02 to date. The Lynk & Co 03 Cyan Concept is the first high-performance offering from the fledgling brand.

Racing ahead

Lynk & Co has teamed up with Cyan Racing to compete in the FIA Touring Car (WTCR) series starting in 2019. The newcomers will compete against Audi, Alfa Romeo, Honda, Hyundai, Peugeot, SEAT and Volkswagen in this series.

Thed Björk, Sweden’s first world motor racing champion, pulled the covers off the all-new Lynk & Co 03 TCR racecar, developed by Geely Group Motorsport, during an exclusive event at Fuji Raceway in Japan. The Swede will form part of the driving team of the Lynk & Co Cyan Racing FIA TCR effort in 2019.

While competing in the series Lynk & Co will be developing the 373 kW concept road car, named the Lynk & Co 03 Cyan. The concept car will be the first step towards a high-performance model for the road.
