Ted Lasso is one of the breakthrough comedy hits of the last year and a bit. The fish-out-of-water series features many memorable characters aside from the mustachioed titular lead played by Jason Sudeikis. One of the more endearing regulars on the show is Danny Rojas.

Rojas is played by Cristo Fernández who is a former pro-footballer, whose career was cut short by injuries, turned actor and filmmaker. In a wonderful turnaround the Mexican actor now plays a footballer on the comedy show. His catchphrase in Ted Lasso, usually delivered with great gusto, is: Football is LIIIIIFFFEEEE.

Fernández stars in the latest Forza Horizon 5 trailer as a taxi driver who dreams of adventure. In his red BMW 5 Series the “getaway driver” is inspired by himself, and the world of gaming, to go beyond his mundane job. He even gets to race through the streets of his hometown while being pursued by a classic Porsche 911.
