The Ferrari ZXX has it’s beginnings rooted in disaster. When Zahir Rana lost control of his Ferrari Enzo XX Evolution and careened off an embankment and into he ocean, the outcome looked bleak for his beloved supercar. After the car was lifted out the water, Rana decided to rebuild the car. After shipping the car back to Germany, the car was dismantled and repairs were done on the badly damaged bodywork and headlights, while the interior, suspension, undercarriage and engine were all flawlessly rebuilt. After the repairs, this is when Rana decided to start modifying.

A V-12 bespoke engine, capable of producing 950 horsepower, was developed for the car, something never done on an Enzo. A new exhaust system and custom made wheels were also fitted, as well as cameras on all three mirrors displaying the feed on a dash-mounted monitor.
