When you read the words ‘jet-powered’ you’d expect something tearing down the track while breaking the sound-barrier. And while this Peel Trident microcar isn’t going to be breaking any land-speed records anytime soon, we still think it’s am awesome car. The jet engine mounted on this pint sized ride supplies a meagre 4 horsepower, and takes awhile before it manages to pick up any speed, taking twenty three seconds to cover the quarter-mile.
