Ford Readying Mustang’s For SEMA

Ford are bringing a convoy of tuned 2015 Ford Mustang’s to this year’s SEMA roadshow to be held in Las Vegas. The cars are being tuned by top outfits such as Galpin Auto Sports, Steeda, Roush and Petty’s Garage. Galpin Auto Sports have honoured the 50th anniversary of the Mustang by plating the car’s black paint with flecks of gold, as well as finishing the interior trim, brake calipers, wheels and side sills in gold. Under the hood of the Galpin Mustang is a Whipple supercharged 5.0 litre V8 able to produce 725 horsepower.

 

 

Petty’s Garage have armed their Mustang with a Petty supercharger, and completing the package with a blue paint job and a ‘No 43″ decal in honour of NASCAR driver Richard Petty. Petty’s Garage aim to sell their Mustang at the Barrett Jackson auction, also held in Las Vegas, and forward the proceeds to a charity benefiting chronically ill children. And last but not least, making it’s debut at this years SEMA¬† is a MRT showcr sporting ther new EcoBoost Mustang engine, Vortech intercoolers and Air Lift suspension. The MRT car has been decked out in two-tone orange and black, incorporating both road and racing elements.
